SAMSON USA, headquartered in Baytown, Texas, offers high purity cleaning for a range of industrial products. The SAMSON high purity cleaning process begins with using an Intersonik fully automated cleaning system. This automated system allows SAMSON to provide repeatable, consistent, and effective cleaning results for our customers while using an eco-friendly system.
The 1600 ft2 SAMSON clean room is capable of handling the vast majority of high purity applications such as oxygen, chlorine, industrial gases, and various other media.
The first stage of cleaning includes pressure washing with eco-friendly cleaning agents (Blue Gold Solution). Next, ultrasonic cleaning and deionized water rinsing is used, followed by 2 stages of drying with hot air and vacuum drying. This results in an effective cleaning exceeding the requirements of ASTM G93 cleanliness level B.
